Como registrar dispositivos da indústria em um servidor PortSIP?

Visão geral

Quando um dispositivo precisa se comunicar usando uma conta SIP registrada, um servidor SIP deve estar disponível e a conta deve estar registrada no dispositivo. Este guia explica como registrar dispositivos industriais em um servidor PortSIP.

Modelos aplicáveis

Todos os nossos monitores internos, dispositivos de controle de acesso e produtos de interfone. Neste guia, os modelos Bi52W e Bi63 são usados como exemplos.

Registrando em um servidor PortSIP

Adicionar uma extensão no servidor

Antes de registrar o dispositivo no servidor PortSIP, o ambiente do servidor deve ser configurado primeiro. Neste exemplo, um servidor PortSIP instalado em um PC é usado para demonstrar o processo.

Adicione uma extensão.

Faça login na interface web do servidor e vá para Gerenciamento de chamadas —— Usuários de extensão. Clique no botão Adicionar e insira o número da extensão e a senha para criar uma nova conta de extensão, conforme mostrado abaixo.

Verifique as configurações de domínio e protocolo de transporte do servidor.

Vá para Gerenciamento de chamadas —— Domínio e protocolo de transporte para visualizar o domínio SIP, o protocolo de transporte e o número da porta correspondente usados pelo servidor, conforme mostrado abaixo.

Obter o endereço IP do dispositivo, fazer login e registrar o dispositivo no servidor

Verifique e obtenha o endereço IP do dispositivo.

Para dispositivos de controle de acesso e interfones: Mantenha pressionada a tecla DSS por 10 segundos até ouvir um bipe, pressione rapidamente uma vez e o dispositivo anunciará seu endereço IP.

Para monitores internos:

Modelos sem tela sensível ao toque: i51W, i52W Mantenha pressionada a tecla OK e vá para Informações do sistema —— Rede —— IPv4.

Modelos com tela sensível ao toque: i53W, i56A Vá para Menu —— Status —— Rede —— IPv4.

Abra um navegador e insira o endereço IP do dispositivo.

O nome de usuário e a senha padrão são ambos admin.

Vá para LinhaSIPConfigurações de registro. Insira as informações da conta, senha, porta, endereço do servidor e outros detalhes necessários e clique em Enviar.

(1) Nome de usuário, Usuário de autenticação e Senha: estes são o número da extensão e a senha criados no servidor.

(2) Endereço do servidor: insira o domínio SIP do servidor PortSIP.

(3) Porta do servidor e protocolo de transporte: use o protocolo de transporte e a porta correspondente definidos nas configurações de domínio e transporte do PortSIP. Neste exemplo, são usados UDP e sua porta correspondente.

(4) Servidor proxy e porta: neste exemplo, o registro é feito dentro da rede local. Como o servidor está instalado em um PC, o servidor proxy deve ser o endereço IP estático desse PC, e a porta deve corresponder à porta usada pelo protocolo de transporte selecionado.

(5) Após inserir todas as configurações, certifique-se de que o dispositivo e o servidor possam se comunicar pela rede. Após o registro bem-sucedido, o status da linha no dispositivo mudará para Registrado, o que significa que a conta SIP foi registrada com sucesso no servidor PortSIP.
