Como conectar uma fechadura elétrica às unidades de controle de acesso interno Bi20S e Bi30?

Este guia explica como realizar a fiação de uma fechadura elétrica nos controladores de acesso interno Bi20S e Bi30. O método correto depende da corrente de partida e dos requisitos de alimentação da fechadura.

Se a corrente de partida da fechadura for inferior a 12V/500mA, o controlador de acesso pode alimentá-la diretamente. Esse é o modo de alimentação interna. Se a corrente for superior a 12V/500mA, o controlador funcionará apenas como acionador de relé, e a fechadura precisará de fonte de alimentação externa própria. Esse é o modo de alimentação externa.

Esses dois modos são selecionados ajustando o jumper JP1. Siga as instruções abaixo para escolher o modo correto e concluir a fiação com segurança.

Materiais necessários

1. Um controlador de acesso interno Bi20S, uma fechadura elétrica, um adaptador de energia para fechadura e um switch PoE (ou fonte de alimentação CC).

2. Confirme o modo de alimentação necessário da fechadura e configure corretamente o JP1 na unidade interna.

3. Um computador para configuração e teste, conectado à mesma rede do dispositivo de acesso.

Conexão de rede do dispositivo e PC

Conecte o controlador de acesso ao switch e depois conecte o mesmo switch ao computador, garantindo comunicação entre os dois dispositivos, conforme a Figura 1.

Procedimento de configuração

Antes de conectar a fechadura, abra o controlador de acesso e ajuste o jumper JP1 conforme o modo de alimentação. Depois, realize a fiação adequada.

Abrir o controlador de acesso

Use uma chave de fenda para remover os parafusos e abrir a carcaça do equipamento.

Configurar o jumper JP1

Ajuste o jumper JP1 de acordo com as especificações da fechadura.

Quando a corrente de partida for inferior a 12V/500mA, a unidade interna fornece energia para a fechadura: modo de alimentação interna.

Quando a corrente de partida for superior a 12V/500mA, a unidade funciona apenas como saída de contato seco, exigindo alimentação externa: modo de alimentação externa.

Observação: Verifique se a fechadura é Fail-safe(trancada com energia) ou Fail-secure(destrancada com energia), pois a conexão do polo positivo varia. Para fechaduras Fail-safe, conecte o fio positivo na terminal NC. Para Fail-secure, conecte na terminal NO.

Aviso: No modo de alimentação interna, não conecte fontes externas adicionais à fechadura, pois isso danificará o dispositivo.

Observação 1: Escolha NC ou NO conforme o tipo de fechadura.

Observação 2: A saída de relé suporta até CC 30V/1A ou CA 125V/0,5A.

Ligar e testar

1. Se usar alimentação externa, ligue o adaptador para energizar a fechadura.

2. No computador de configuração, abra o navegador e insira o IP do controlador de acesso.

3. Insira as credenciais de login. Usuário padrão: admin, senha padrão: admin.

4. Acesse Fechadura > Controle de Fechadura e clique em Executar para testar o funcionamento.
