Visão geral

Este documento descreve a função de pré-visualização de vídeo para monitores internos e telefones SIP com vídeo. A função de pré-visualização de vídeo permite que o dispositivo chamado exiba o vídeo do chamador antes de atender a chamada. É amplamente utilizada em chamadas de porteiro eletrônico, permitindo que os usuários verifiquem visitantes antes de atender ou destrancar a porta.

Como funciona a pré-visualização de vídeo

Dois modos de pré-visualização são suportados:

  • Modo Preview 18x: A conexão de vídeo é estabelecida usando os dados SDP transportados na sinalização SIP 18x durante o toque, permitindo a pré-visualização de vídeo antes de a chamada ser atendida.

  • Modo Preview 2xx: A primeira mensagem 200 OK estabelece apenas o vídeo (sem chamada de áudio). Um segundo 200 OK é enviado quando o usuário atende para estabelecer a chamada full duplex.

Pré-requisitos

  1. Certifique-se de que seu dispositivo é um telefone com vídeo ou monitor interno.

  2. Prepare um PC de configuração conectado à mesma LAN que os dispositivos de vídeo.

Guia de operação

Dois modos de chamada são suportados: Ponto a ponto (P2P) e chamada via servidor SIP. A configuração varia conforme o modo de chamada. Usamos i16V e A32i como exemplos.

  1. Faça login na interface web do dispositivo.

  2. Vá para Linha → Configurações Básicas.

  3. Marque Habilitar Pré-visualização e selecione o modo (padrão: Preview 18x).

  4. Clique em Aplicar para salvar as configurações.

Problemas comuns e soluções

  1. Falha no grupo de toque com alguns servidores SIP
       Se a pré-visualização de vídeo causar falta de vídeo ou desligamento automático em grupos de toque, desabilite a pré-visualização.

  2. Servidor Beke incompatível com o modo 18x
       Se a versão do servidor Beke for < 18.5.28, alterne para Preview 2xx ou atualize o servidor.

  3. Mídia precoce desabilitada no servidor
       Entre em contato com seu provedor de servidor para habilitar Mídia Precoce.
