Introdução

Visão geral

A finalização de chamada é uma funcionalidade que exibe opções ao telefone local para remarcar, retornar a chamada manualmente ou cancelar quando a parte chamada está ocupada ou rejeita a chamada.

Modelos aplicáveis

Este documento aplica-se aos modelos incluindo BX3S e BX4. As séries BX5S e BX6 NÃO suportam atualmente a funcionalidade de finalização de chamada.

Este documento é destinado a testadores internos da empresa que precisam entender e verificar rapidamente a funcionalidade de finalização de chamada.

Descrição da funcionalidade de finalização de chamada

Quando a funcionalidade de finalização de chamada está ativada com a remarcação automática por sinalização ativada, o telefone exibirá as mensagens Call Completion Waiting xxx e Call Completion Calling xxx se a parte chamada estiver ocupada ou rejeitar a chamada (código de rejeição: 486). O telefone monitora o estado de disponibilidade da parte chamada via sinalização SIP (notify: terminated), permitindo que os usuários retornem a chamada manualmente ou cancelem a solicitação.

Quando a finalização de chamada está desativada, o telefone NÃO exibirá as janelas pop-up Call Completion Waiting xxx e Call Completion Calling xxx.

Guia de configuração da finalização de chamada

1. A finalização de chamada está localizada na seção do arquivo de configuração:

Nota: As séries BX5S e BX6 não suportam a funcionalidade de finalização de chamada; o arquivo de configuração contém a configuração P1 Call Complete: 0.

2. Caminho na interface web: Phone Settings - Features - General Settings. Marque ou desmarque a caixa de seleção Call Completion para ativar ou desativar a funcionalidade.

Pressione Enter para acessar as configurações e, em seguida, selecione On ou Off para ativar ou desativar a funcionalidade.

Guia do usuário para finalização de chamada

Parte chamada está ocupada (Chamada em espera desativada)

1. Ative Call Completion no telefone de teste (via Web - Phone Settings - Features - General Settings ou LCD - Menu - Features - Call Completion). Desative Call Waiting no telefone B de destino.

2. O telefone B está em uma chamada com o telefone C. O telefone de teste chama o telefone B no modo viva-voz, fone de ouvido ou headset. O telefone de teste exibe a janela pop-up Call Completion Waiting xxx (xxx = número do telefone B), conforme mostrado abaixo:

3. Operações para a janela pop-up Call Completion Waiting xxx:

(1) Pressione Cancel: O telefone sai da tela de espera e retorna ao modo inativo. Nenhum prompt de retorno de chamada aparecerá quando o telefone B ficar disponível.

(2) Pressione OK: O telefone sai da tela de espera e retorna ao modo inativo. Aproximadamente 30 segundos após o telefone B ficar disponível, o telefone de teste exibe a janela pop-up Call Completion Calling xxx:

Pressione Cancel: Nenhuma chamada é feita, retorna ao modo inativo.

Pressione OK: A captura de pacotes SIP mostra que o peer envia Notify (terminated). O telefone de teste remarcará o telefone B para estabelecer uma chamada normal.

Parte chamada rejeita a chamada (Código de rejeição: 486)

1. Ative Call Completion no telefone de teste. Defina o código de resposta de rejeição como 486 (Busy Here) no telefone B de destino.

2. O telefone de teste chama o telefone B no modo viva-voz, fone de ouvido ou headset. O telefone B rejeita a chamada. O telefone de teste exibe a janela pop-up Call Completion Waiting xxx (xxx = número do telefone B), conforme mostrado abaixo:

3. Operações para a janela pop-up Call Completion Waiting xxx:

(1) Pressione Cancel: O telefone sai da tela de espera e retorna ao modo inativo. Nenhum prompt de retorno de chamada aparecerá quando o telefone B ficar disponível.

(2) Pressione OK: Dois cenários se aplicam:

     a) Se o telefone B estava em uma chamada ativa: Após a rejeição, o telefone de teste retorna ao modo inativo. Ele mostrará a janela pop-up Call Completion Calling xxx aproximadamente 30 segundos após o telefone B desligar.

     b) Se o telefone B estava inativo: Após a rejeição imediata e retorno ao modo inativo, o telefone de teste exibe rapidamente a janela pop-up Call Completion Calling xxx:
